Following near death from a life-altering accident in 2014, he made it his mission to share with others both the wisdom of his life experience and his professional skill in helping companies grow and flourish. Prior to Bill's accident, he was five times named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives by Mortgage Executive Magazine. He previously served on the Board of Directors at Academy Mortgage Corporation and as the Executive Vice President of National Production.
Under Bill's guidance, Academy grew from being a 130-person regionally-based mortgage company to one of the nation's largest independent mortgage companies, operating in 40 states, employing over 2,300 people and generating over $8 billion in annual production in 2015.

Casey Miller

Casey has been in the mortgage industry for 18 years. As an account executive, she is passionate about partnering with her clients and helping them become successful in their business strategies.
She holds two Masters Degrees, one in Business and the other in Education. Before Advantage Credit she spent 14 years as a Special Education and Second Grade teacher. Casey was born in Colorado but has recently relocated to Alabama. While she lives on the other side of the country, she is happy to still be covering Wyoming and other western states for Advantage Credit. In her spare time Casey spends a lot of her time volunteering in her new community.

Stephanie Clark, AMP

Stephanie is an accomplished mortgage training professional with a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry. As a Senior National Trainer and Instructional Designer for Arch MI, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of Arch MI customers. She oversees the design of courses — including online tools and resources — develops comprehensive curricula and facilitates both remote and classroom training sessions.
Stephanie’s mortgage career spans over two decades. Prior to her Arch MI tenure, Stephanie held a position at a national financial services company where she was responsible for building and delivering comprehensive operations curriculum. Stephanie’s extensive experience also includes hands-on roles as a processor and underwriter, further enhancing her understanding of the mortgage landscape. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie actively engages in her community by serving on two local boards, volunteering with various organizations and serving as an Officer of Election.

He is a graduate of the University of Memphis and he has served in a variety of capacities including production, underwriting, quality control, compliance, servicing, and portfolio analysis. West is noted for his expertise in areas such as credit policy, fair lending, and the Community Reinvestment Act. He is considered a subject matter expert for litigation involving mortgage lending.
West is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association at the state and national levels and has spoken at many state, regional, and national conferences related to mortgage lending. West holds the Certified Mortgage Banker, Accredited Mortgage Professional, and the Certified Residential Underwriter designations from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
West is a resident of the Memphis area and is a rabid fan of the University of Memphis Football and Basketball Programs (Go Tigers Go!) as well as the NBA Memphis Grizzlies (Go Grizz!).

Andrew Bryant is the Business Development Manager and Subject Matter Expert on the CrossMod Initiative for Clayton Home Building Group, where he supports developers and builders as they bring these innovative off-site built homes to market. He provides training, market research, site inspections, construction cost analysis, and more.
His relationships and experiences with appraisers, brokers/realtors, lenders, GSE contacts, onsite contractors, retailers, community partners, and others afford him insight on how CrossMod homes have the potential to reshape the homebuying market. He hopes that his efforts will educate and highlight the potential the manufactured housing industry has as an attainable/sustainable housing solution to today’s market.
Based in Maryville, TN, Andrew has worked at Clayton/Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance for more than 13 years, during which he has held a variety of positions. His roles as Remarketing Asset Manager and Customer Success Manager, among others, have provided unique perspectives on the entire CrossMod ecosystem as he continues to support this initiative.
Andrew is an active panelist for many in the attainable housing space including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, National Appraisal Institute, Manufactured Housing Institute, and Guild Mortgage.

Hoai Truong has been working for the Department of Veteran Affairs for 5+ years. Her educational background is in chemistry and biology along with an MBA and an emphasis in health care administration. Somehow she ended up working as a loan officer and underwriter for a few years and then getting hired at VA, and she has been loving it since.

Alex Reyes

Alex Reyes has been working with VA Denver Loan Production Department for 2 years and 3 months. She has been fortunate to assist Veterans and Lenders alike with the VA Home Loan Program in every aspect. Previous to that she had been in mortgage underwriting since 2008. She has also worked for mortgage brokers based in CA, Nationstar Mortgage, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Chase Mortgage, and Lehman Brothers (Aurora Loan Services).
